Nine people died from coronavirus in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, 259 became infected

The coronavirus claimed the lives of nine residents of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug in a day. This was reported on October 27 by the regional operational headquarters.

Revealed 259 new cases of infection in 17 municipalities of the district. Most cases are in Surgut (70), Khanty-Mansiysk (40) and Nizhnevartovsk (33). At the same time, 266 people have signs of ARVI, 31 have pneumonia, one patient is asymptomatic.

In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 81 thousand 111 cases of COVID-19 have been identified, and 1 thousand 300 people have died.

Earlier, the NEFT wrote that the number of people vaccinated against coronavirus in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug increased by 67% over the week and amounted to 36 thousand people. The Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko praised the rate of vaccination in the district.
